CocoSugarite Millet Energy Balls

Looking for a healthy anytime snack? These millet balls are rich in fiber, energy-boosting, and come in vibrant colors to make every bite fun.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup cooked millets (like foxtail or finger millet)II
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup CocoSugarite (coconut sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil

Instructions :

  1.  Heat a pan and roast the grated coconut with cardamom and sesame seeds.
  2.  Add in the cooked millets and CocoSugarite. Mix well. 
  3.  Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
  4.  Roll into bite-sized balls and coat with desiccated coconut or seeds
