Ingredients :
- 1 cup cooked millets (like foxtail or finger millet)II
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup CocoSugarite (coconut sugar)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
Instructions :
- Heat a pan and roast the grated coconut with cardamom and sesame seeds.
- Add in the cooked millets and CocoSugarite. Mix well.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and coat with desiccated coconut or seeds
